Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols was the daughter of Alison Nichols and James Nichols. She was born in Augusta Maine. Nichols has English, French Canadian, German, Irish, Italian and Scottish ancestry. She attended and completed her studies at Cony High School in Augusta and competed in the high jump. Columbia University in New York City offered her a double major in math and economics. She began modeling, and launched an impressive career in modeling, working for prestigious brands like Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch or L'Oreal. Rachel began acting, snagging a role on the HBO situation comedy Sex and the City (1998) after her first audition. Her film debut came as Jessica Matthews in Dumb and Dumberer: How Harry met Lloyd (2003). She continued her success by appearing in films such as The Amityville Horror (2006), The Inside (2005) and Alias (2001), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2008), Criminal Minds (2006) (a role that is a recurring part as the FBI Agent Ashley Seaver role) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University was her graduation with a double major economics and math. She played the main part of Kiera Cameron who played a police officer on the science fiction drama Continuum (2012).
